Love is the foundation of Life.
Love has the capacity to heal everything.
Love is the source of all thriving.
A thriving health, thriving relationships, thriving in career, living in abundance.
More specifically, self love is the foundation of thriving in every areas in life.
If you love yourself, nothing can stop you.
If you really, really love yourself, Life is just an amazing journey. No matter the circumstances.
If you truly love yourself, the negative opinion of others do not bother you.
At least not so much that it would stop you from doing what you want. From expressing yourself, from showing vulnerability, from showing up with integrity.
If you love yourself, the fear from rejection can’t paralyze you, since you understand that there will be people who like you know matter what, and there will be others who don’t….no matter what. It is not about you. You are just not their cup of tea so to say.
If you love yourself, than you know that the judgment and criticism of others “isn’t about you” either. It does not qualify you. It is just a subjective opinion of another.
If you love yourself, you can show up in love, in romance, in intimacy; not fearing abandonment or rejection.
It might sounds easy, or even a cliché; love yourself for who you are – still almost all of us could level up on self love.
We all hold on pieces and parts within which are “unloved”.
Parts, we judge for being something else, but enough.
Parts we didn’t accepted fully yet, and therefore we try to hide them, being afraid of the opinion of others. We are afraid of criticism, when in fact we are our own critics.
Those are the pieces and parts we need to learn to love….and by doing so we can meet ourselves in “Self Love”.
How can you love yourself more?
The answer is simple and still easier said than done: by practicing “self- love”.
Let me show you how!
During the Total Self Love webinar, I will guide you through a set of heart opening practices to support your growth in self-love.
These practices have the potential to take you places where you can see it for yourself the reasons and experiences, which made you protect your heart. This protection actually keeps the heart hardened maybe even closed. The protection provides a false safety. The heart might be safe, but feels separated, alone, not available for real loving and nurturing connections either.
The practices I introduce during the Webinar are simple.
If you wish so, You will be able to continue to use them on your own as well.
